Mr. Gopesh Jain is young & energetic professional. He is graduate in commerce. He is associated with this company since its incorporation. Initially he was taking care of finance and accounting. With his extra ordinary performance and result orientation he was promoted and appointed as CEO of the company. He himself comes from a business family. He has good network among the farmers of Guna. His dynamic management skills have leaded company toward sustainable growth and success. Today company is self-sustainable, profitable and generating the enough revenue to cover all expenses without any financial support from govt.

His liasoning skills helped the company to get the contract of procurement of pulses and cereal for Govt agencies. Companies has successfully procured 5000 MT of pulses and Cereals for Govt agencies. He has good relations with local traders and service providers.
Mr. Devendra Sharma is member of our core team of company. He is graduate is agriculture science. He is young agriculture professional. He joined company in year 2009 as a seed production assistant, slowly and slowly he became able to handle complete seed production program of company. Company has promoted him to position of Manager- Seed production. Now he is taking care of entire seed production program which included, selection of farmers, selection of seed variety, seed production farm visit, insect pest management of seed production farms, procurement, grading, storage, certification and packing. Before joining Neshkala crop producer company he has worked with Ankur seeds.
Mr. Raghuveer is associated with company since year 2008. He was associated with DPIP program as VRP ( Village Resource Person). He post graduate is Economics. He has strong network among farmers. Initially he was taking care of farm operations, subsequently company promoted him and now he is in charge of Agri input store of company. Company sell agri inputs to farmers through this retail outlet.

Mr. Hemant Lodha is associated with company since incorporation. Initially he was associated with DPIP program as a VRP (Village Resource Person) and he became the member of incorporation team. He has been director of company. He has strong hold at community level. He comes from an agriculture back ground family. He has wide experience of growing of field crops and working with farmers. Currently he is taking care of ware housing operations of company.
